Spring Is Here!!…

Spring Is Here!!…

The weather is starting to warm up here at Echo Lake Resort, with birds a singing and partially clear blue skies! It just gets us all excited knowing that this is just the beginning of the sunshine and warmth!

Ice Conditions

Ice conditions: Shore is melted but still not enough to put the boats out! Wish for some swift melting!

Few things we wanted to get up on our blog today:

FIRST OFF:
For all those fishermen out there, we will now be updating every Wednesday what Echo Lakes ice conditions are at.. yup, you read right.. EVERY WEDNESDAY you get an update on the ice conditions. Unless it breaks on a Monday then we will update on Monday (smile)!

On that note, when the ice does break, we are renting out our boats for fishing enthusiasts to hit some tight lines in the spring.. psstt last time we checked, no one has caught Echo Eddie quittteee yet.

For those who would like to fish but DO NOT have a fishing license, it is required that you buy your fishing license at home and bring it with you when you rent one of the Echo Lake Resort boats. You can get your fishing license at the Government Freshwater License Website. Just go to the bottom of the page and it will tell you “Other Ways to Buy a License”.

SECOND: Big shout out to Fisher Tree Service! They helped us remove some of those hazardous branches that were broken by the crazy winter storms we had here! If you need help with your trees, please be sure to visit their website at Fisher Tree Service.
